Bliss Pack $260 Includes: 1x: Initial Consultation 3x: Follow-up Session (4) 45 Minute Sessions / Month In private coaching I will support, guide and work with you on your 'Secondary Food' and also see what is not working in your 'Primary Food of Life' - relationships, physical activity, career, and spirituality. As your Wellness Coach I will suggest a variety of different foods and different lifestyle tips that will allow you to address every aspect of your wellbeing. Consultations are available in person, over the phone, or via Zoom/Skype.
