You and W+V Nutritionist sit down to identify your health goals and design a plan for your new eating lifestyle. W+V Nutritionist then mentors you through your kitchen, eliminating foods that interfere with your new plan, and replacing them with healthy alternatives. You will learn to read food labels and improve your understanding of nutritional values. At the close of your Pantry & Fridge Makeover, W+V Nutritionist gives you three personally designed documents: Grocery list Pantry essentials guide Refrigerator essentials guide
