(30 minutes assessment required) *Irina needs a better understanding of your goals and food preferences to customize a full week (seven day) meal plan. After your assessment with W+V's Irina Degtyur, Irina then designs a personalized meals plan that covers seven days for BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER and SNACKS based on your unique tastes and genetics. Finally, you receive your personalized grocery list plus pantry guide for your meal plan and your week is covered. Customized Meal Plan program: $225 Consultations are available in person, over the phone, or via Zoom/Skype.
